A New Experience Is Coming

ABC Bullion will be launching its refreshed website, abcbullion.com, at approximately 5pm AEST on Sunday, 28 June 2026. 

As well as a brand new look, the website will now feature a range of exciting service enhancements for our valued clients, and a new way to access your account/s, outlined below.  

• Streamlined Login 

You will no longer require your Client Code when logging in. You will be able to access all accounts registered to you with your email address and password. If you have multiple accounts with us, you can then switch between accounts to check portfolio valuations as well as buy and sell precious metals. 

Important: While your existing password will remain the same, you will not be able to rely on your browser automatically filling in your password the first time you log in to abcbullion.com so please have this on hand. 

• Streamlined Settlement 

Clients selling metal online will be able to confirm they want payment sent to a registered bank account held on file with ABC Bullion. There are no more paper forms required, with online sales typically able to be settled within one business day.  

• Gold Saver Enhancements 

ABC Bullion’s Gold Saver product recently turned 10 years old, with tens of thousands of clients using it to build wealth in the decade since its launch. We are excited to expand the precious metal range accessible through Gold Saver with the introduction of Platinum, allowing clients to invest in this truly rare precious metal alongside gold and silver.  

• Set Up a Gold Decumulation Plan (GDP) 

The ABC Bullion Gold Decumulation Plan (GDP) was launched in front of a sell-out crowd at our 2025 Precious Metals Forum; “Gold and the New World Order”. A unique investment solution that allows investors to generate regular cashflow from their precious metal investments, it has proved particularly popular with investors approaching or in retirement. 

The new ABC Bullion website will allow clients to make initial investments into the product online, one off top ups and sales, as well as set up and manage their preferred monthly cashflow payments.   

• Barring Products:  

Clients with Pool Allocated, Gold Saver or Gold Decumulation Plan holdings will now be able to bar their holdings through their online account, rather than having to do this over the phone or in person at an ABC Bullion store. 

New Physical Products & Cost Savings: 

ABC Bullion will also be expanding the range of precious metal products available to clients, with new product launches coinciding with the website relaunch.   

We are also incredibly excited to announce that we will be reducing storage fees for clients who store ABC Bullion products in our Secure and Premium Storage Facilities. Watch this space.  

Temporary Website Downtime & More Information: 

To facilitate the launch of the new ABC Bullion website, we need to temporarily restrict client access. As such, our existing website will be decommissioned around 6am AEST on Sunday, 28 June, with the new website set to launch no later than 5pm that same day.  

Please note, during this less than twelve-hour period you will not be able to login to your account, either to trade or view holdings.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
